    1, Run Wise Care 365---System Tuneup---Startup Manager----Services, find out Adobe Flash Player Update Service, set it OFF

    2, Or, you can click Start---type services.msc in search box and press Enter, find out Adobe Flash Player Update Service, double-click it, set its startup type as Disable / Manual

  2. Hi, I assume you are using Outlook 2007.

    You can use Wise Care 365 or Wise Disk Cleaner to clean system junk files and temp files. If this can not sole your problem ,continue to next step.

    1, Open drive C, and create a new folder, name it " Outlook temp "

    2, click Start--type regedit an press Enter, find HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Security\   

        find out OutlookSecureTempFolder in right window, double-click it, modify its value to C:\Outlook temp\

    3, open Outlook and try to open attachments.

    Microsoft Software Shadow Copy Provider, set its Startup type as Automatic, then click OK to save and close window.

    Volume Shadow Copy, set its Startup type as Automatic, then click OK to save and close window.

    SPP Notification Service, set its Startup type as Automatic, then click OK to save and close window.

    Then restart system.

    Try following steps to do a test.
    1, When you insert a program DVD, do you see the power light of the DVD device is flashing, and do you hear some noise about the device running? 
        If not, try another program DVD  to play. If another DVD disc can be played, it seems like your first DVD disc can not be recognized by your DVD device.
                                                                        If another DVD disc can not be played also, please seek help from professional technician, your DVD device may be broken.
        If yes, continue to step 2.
    2, Right-click Computer---Manage---Device manager---DVD/CD-Rom drives, can you fin your DVD device?

        If yes, right-click it , click Uninstall, then click Action--Scan for hardware changes to re-install the DVD device.
        If not, click Action--Scan for hardware changes to re-install the DVD device. Or seek help from professional technician, your DVD device may be broken.

    1, click Start---type services.msc and press Enter, find out Windows Update and double-click it, click Stop to stop this service.

    2, open C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download\  delete all files and folders.

        open C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore\ delete all files and folders.

    3, restart system, and checkup Auto Update .

    4, If you can not update automatically, run FIxit from Microsoft

    5, Or, you can download update files by manual from Microsoft.

    Please try to use Wise Care 365 to solve your problem.

    1, Run Wise Care 365 to clean junk files.

    2, Run Wise Care 365----System Tuneup---System Optimizer, click Optimize

    3, Run Wise Care 365----System Tuneup----Registry Defrag, defrag the registry.

    4, Before you turn off system, please end all applications by manual first.
