  1. right-click network icon----Open network and sharing center-----Change adapter settings-----right-click your wireless adapter----Prperties------double-click TCP/IPv4-----checked Use the following IP address, fill in your IP address, press OK to save settings.

    If you own the router, the IP address on its bouttom. regularly, it is 192.168.1.1    

    so, you can fill in:   Ip address                   192.168.1.123

                                  Subnet mask                255.255.255.0

                                  Default gateway           192.168.1.1

                                  Preferred DNS server   8.8.8.8         (if you don't it, you can use the google DNS server)

  2. Does the service name is "Desktop Window Manager Session Manager"?

    If yes, click Start---type services.msc in search box, press Enter----find out "Desktop Window Manager Session Manager", double-click it and click "Start" to start service, set its startup type as "Automatic", press OK to save settings.

    If there are any error messages displayed, note down them and send to us.

    The type of your PC's CPU is AMD E1-1200, it is a dual core processor for small notebooks and netbooks, which hase lower TDP and lower frequence.

    If you install much more programs or run multi programs at the same time, it will become very slow.

    1, Run wise care 365 to clean junk files

    2, Run wise care 365 to optimize your systm

    3, Run wise care 365 to manage Startup programs, disable all useless startup programs and services, disable useless context menu.

    4, Run wise care 365 to defrag registry and disk.

     OR, you can run Wise PC 1stAid, click the last one icon.

  4. Solution One: 
    Make sure that Windows Mail is closed when you do the next steps.
    1,Go to the folder C:\users\%your computer name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\ and copy the “Windows Mail” folder to another place on your hard drive for backup purposes so you will not lose any important emails.
     Go back to the C:\users\%your computer name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail\ folder and delete ALL of the contents.
     WINDOWS MAIL, SINCE IT IS PART OF THE OPERATING SYSTEM WILL REBUILD THE FILES NEEDED TO RUN.
    2, Open Windows Mail.
     In Windows Mail, Go to File-Import-Messages
     Select Microsoft Windows Mail 7, select next.
     Browse to the location that you save the backup copy of Windows Mail. Then select OK.
    Your messages will then be imported back into Windows Mail.
     You will notice a folder that will be called “Recovered Messages”
    3, Now, depending on what folders you had, recreate those under the Local Folders heading.
     Go back to the folders of the messages you recovered, you will notice messages that were not removable before still there.
    4, THE FOLLOWING WILL TAKE SOME TIME, BUT WILL REPAIR YOUR PROBLEM.
     Locate each email that has NO Heading and highlight each one and hit the delete key, they will be placed into your Deleted Items folder, you must not go too fast or try to highlight and delete them all at once or you will get the error message again,.
     Once you get to the emails that you want to keep from the Recovered folders, highlight all the messages by clicking on the first one, holding down the Ctrl key and selecting the last one.
     Right click on the messages you highlighted and click “Move to Folder”, then select the folder you want them moved to.
     Once the files have been moved, delete to folder that they were moved from (Makes it easier to keep track of where you are at.
     5,Then go to your Deleted Items folder, right click and hit Empty “Deleted Items” Folder.

     

    Solution Two:

    Download Windows Live Mail and install it, this will update Windows Mail to Windows Live Mail. (Do not need to delete or uninstall Windows Mail. )
