  3. It is so difficult to understand your problem.

I don't know the device type, USB disk / USB mouse or others.

1, Install the device driver. (If it has a driver.)

2,  Plug it in the rear USB port of the PC.

3, Plug it to another computer to test whether the device is good.

4, Plug another USB device to your computer to test whether the port is good.

  4. Hi,

    Try following steps:

1, Run Wise Program Uninstaller to uninstall "hotspot shield"

2, Right-click Computer---Manage----Device Manage, find out Display adapters and double click it, ----Driver, can you see the Digital Signer as Microsoft Windows Hardware Compatibility Publisher?

    1.jpg

If not, click Roll Back Driver to roll back to a early version.

If yes, click Uninstall, then re-install the driver. The driver version must be official and has Microsoft digital signer.  You can download driver from the graphic's providers website.

  5. Hi,

Usually, system disk should be formatted before the installation of the new system to insure a clean new system. If higher version system installed on the basis of lower version system, you can choose the update mode to avoid the format of the system disk when installation is processing. Delete manually the system files of the lower version system after that.

You have two choices now according to the situation you described.
    1. If you have a backup of Win7, first restore your system to win7 and then update to win8 system.
    2. Format system disk, install a new win8 system.
  6. Hi,

I guess your problem is how to download your games from "Big Fish Games" using Internet Explorer 10?

1, Click Start---Control panel ----Programs----Programs and Features---Turn Windows features on / off , find out Internet Explorer 10, and unchecked it, click OK to close window.

    1.jpg

    2, Restart system.

3, Again click Start---Control panel ----Programs----Programs and Features---Turn Windows features on / off , find out Internet Explorer 10, and checked it, click OK to close window.

Those steps will reset your Internet Explorer 10 to default settings.

Or, you can install Google Chrome to instead of Internet Explorer 10 from https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/

  7. Do you means that you take a long time to log on system?

    If yes, try following steps:

1, Run Wise Care 365 to clean junk files.

Run Wise Care 365----System Tuneup---System Optimizer, optimize your system.

Run Wise Care 365----System Tuneup---Startup Manager, set OFF all useless startup programs and services

Run Wise Care 365----System Tuneup---Context Menu, set OFF all useless context menu.

2, Add your physical memory to 2 GB at least.

3, If you can not add your physical memory, run Wise Memory Optimizer to free up more memory for other programs.

4, If you need to install an anti-virus software,  please install Microsoft Security Essentials.

Or, you can run Wise PC 1stAid, click the 11th icon (the last one) to disable all extensions and third-party services.

  8. Hi,

1, Run Wise PC 1stAid, click the 7th icon to disable all add-ons of Internet Explorer. Or you can disable them by manual.

Open Internet Explorer---Tools (Alt+X)----Manage Add-ons----Toolbars and Extensions, disable all extensions.

2, Run Wise Care 365 to clean junk files.

3, My personal suggestion: Add your available physical memory to 4GB, at least 2 GB
