Hi Thulasi.
Did you already read this? --> BlueStacks app player installation requirements.

You can install the BlueStacks App Player on Windows machine as long as the following requirements are fulfilled:
1.You must be an Administrator on your PC.
2.Your PC must have 2GB of RAM/main memory. (Note that having 2GB or more disk space is not a substitute for RAM)
3.Your PC must have 9GB of disk space available for storing Android apps / games and their data.
4.The drivers for your PC's graphics drivers should be updated for compatibility with BlueStacks as described in the following post (the link is present on the real support webpage)

I see you have got 2GB of ram, but that's the minimum requirement to run Windows 8.1 x64...

I am using Windows 10 Laptop and RAM is 16GB. Still, I am unable to install Bluestacks emulator on my laptop. I tried many times and I gave up. Instead of bluestacks, I installed Nox Android emulator on my Laptop. This is also very nice and simple to use.
