slow internet

Windows can't communicate with the device or resource (DNS server).

i have XFINITY cable modem, ethernet connection to my computer.

XFINITY say its my computer, not their service.

Operating system:Windows 7 Enterprise (32 bit) Service Pack 1
System root: C:Windows
Available physical memory: 3326 MB
CPU: Intel® Pentium® 4 CPU 3.00GHz
Drive Info:
C: 74.41 GB
F: 1396.61 GB
Internet Explorer: 11.0

Open an elavated command prompt, copy the following line in the code, paste it in the command prompt (right-click with the mouse, paste), press enter on your keyboard, wait until it finishes, close the command prompt, restart your computer:

RunDll32.exe InetCpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByProcess 4351

How to run an elevated command prompt for Windows vista/seven users

One of these three methods:

- click start, all programs, accessories, right-click the command prompt in the list and click run as administrator, click yes on the user account control window that should appear

- click start, type cmd in the searchbox, right-click the cmd in the list of results and click run as administrator, click yes on the user account control window that should appear

- click start, type cmd in the searchbox, press and keep pressed ctrl + shift Keys on your keyboard, then press enter, click yes on the user account control window that should appear
