wisecleaner_admin Posted March 13, 2015 Report Share Posted March 13, 2015 Did you receive error message? Maybe an add-ons of IE caused this problem. You can disable useless or all add-ons to test. Open IE -> Tools -> Manage add-ons -> Toolbar and Extensions, disable add-ons. If you cannot open IE, you can reinstall it. open Control Panel - > Programs -> Turn Windows features on or off, deselect Internet Explorer, then click OK and restart PC When PC restart, open Control Panel - > Programs -> Turn Windows features on or off, select Internet Explorer, then click OK Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
