Anomaly on bottom one inch of monitor

Recommended Posts

28 times per minute (abut every 2.1 seconds), a section of the image on the screen is fleetingly flashed on the bottom 1 inch of the monitor. It appears to be a strip of the screen about 2/5 down from the top. [i have my calendar at that location and it always shws up in the anomaly, in its correct positioning on the screen.] The display happens a little too fast to be sure, but I believe there may actually be 3 separate strips which are rapidly displayed at the bottom of the screen, one after the other, so that I see the calendar, as I mentioned, but somehow it does not appear to be present at throughout the unusual display. I tried to include a screenshot, but it's hard to capture a speeding anomoly.THANKS!
