about:Tabs

In Internet Explorer 11, no matter what I do to make internet explorer 11 open to my selected start page, it ALWAYS opens to the start page "about:Tabs ". How do I change that so I can open my selected start page ?

Please do as the following instructions,

 

1) Open Internet Explorer, click on Tools (Menu bar or gear icon) and Internet Options. (see screenshot below)

 

 

2) Copy and paste or input the selected page website in the blank area as showing in the screenshot.

 

 

3) Restart IE 11 and you will find out the page has been changed.
