Har en tilårskommen HP laptop med Microsoft vista32. Programmet Wisw Care 365 vil ikke starte på denne maskinen. Får melding:

 

Wise Care 365 har sluttet åvirke

 

et problem førte til at programmet sluttet å fungere som det skal. Programmet vi bli lukket, og du vil få beskjed hvis den løsning er tilgjenelig.

What version do you have downloaded (version number)?

Is your program registered (pro) or free? I.e., do you have a license key?

Have you already tried to uninstall/reinstall it?

Have you tried the portable version?

Have you tried to start your machine in safe mode (click) and seen if the program works?

And with a clean startup (click)?

What final message do you get after launching sfc /scannow from an elevated command prompt (windows installation cd could be necessary, the command lasts 20-50 minutes)?

I hawe don al of this. Nothing helps. The owner of this pc want i back, so I uninstall the program and he must have to live with it.
