Click start, right-click computer, click properties, it opens the system properties window, click advanced tab, click system variables, double-left-click the path variable, check if c:\windows\system32\wbem is present.
If it is not, add it to the end of the path string, after a ; (semicolon), like this --> ; c:\windows\system32\wbem

And confirm everythink clicking ok.
