xilolee
translated from hungarian: the WiseCare365 not start this is the error message: WiseCare365.exe The procedure entry point (Getprocessimagefilenamew) not found in the DLL. (Psapi.dll) repeatedly re-downloaded the program, but it is always the case. But the dick Cleaner and Registry Cleaner works well. Please help! Thanks, Andrew Garai If a point doesn't work, go to the next: 1) Have you downloaded wise care 365 directly from the homepage (wisecleaner.com)? 2) Press Windows key on your keyboard (and keep it pressed), then press R key, release the two keys (Windows + R), it will open the run window, type SystemPropertiesAdvanced and press enter. Click the environment variables... button (on your screen) Find the path variable and check if c:\windows\system32 (or %SystemRoot%\system32) is present between all the paths If not, add it at the end of the entire string (preceded by a semi colon) and click Always ok. 3) Open a command prompt and type (or copy/paste) this command: C:\WINDOWS\system32\regsvr32 C:\WINDOWS\system32\psapi.dll (press enter key on your keyboard) 4) open a command prompt and launch: for %1 in (%windir%\system32\*.dll) do regsvr32.exe /s %1 5) Launch sfc /scannow from a command prompt 6) Check if you have got psapi.dll in c:\windows\system32 If not, you can extract it from your Windows installation cd, or other places; check Chkdsk function not working Windows 7 Pro 32 Upgrade from Vista for more informations.
