Wise Boot assistant should be removable, the idea of running utilities like 365 is top cut down on the programs that run on boot, some may not want this boot time to be measured by 365, by actually adding yet another program at boot ! - I use a free program called Autoruns to disable such things on boot but the option to dispense with the boot assistant should be given - Also when I click the close on 365 the program should close immediately & not stay in system tray I feel, this should be an option IMHO

BTW:I use Pale Moon as my default browser & have to use another program Cleaner to clean it, I would have thought version 3 would have been an ideal time to add this?

4, wise care 365 both v2 and v3 support to clean Safari browser. we will consider to add Maxthon and Pale Moon later.

1. Temperature issue still showing C no matter what I change in the English.ini. Yes I did copy the *.ini to another location then edit the file then drop it back into the folder. Checked to see if it was change and still the same Celsius reading.

2. WiseAssistantBoot Service just as boot monitor really not needed. Should make that option to run or not. Although on my Windows 8 Pro Tablet it did say boot-up was faster than it was under V2. Still I try to keep files on bootup a min.

3. System monitoring on my Windows 7 Laptop reports it to have only 4GB of RAM and it's not showing it to have 8GB of RAM which is in there. Kind of spotty reporting. Sure going take time to get it to 100%.

4. Browser support. Maxthon Cloud Browser 32-bit and Pale Moon 64-bit Browser would be nice thanks.

Other Apps Clean-up

I've attached a list from app cleaner you might want to focus on other apps that are popular to clean there junk files.

Thanks for your support in these matters.

Hello, I have a problem with HDD-activity after install v3. Any of my HDD´s is working all the time v3 is running. If I stop v3 - activity stops also.

On v2 this problem doesn´t exit.

Unfortunately, I'm having serious issues with v3. I'm running Windows 7 SP1 32-bit.

I have installed, and reverted to v2.99 on two separate occassions. I've had the exact same problems both times that I have installed v3...

Immediately after installing and starting v3, it maxes out one core of my dual core CPU. That one core will stay maxed out as long as v3 is installed and running, even if the UI is closed.

345yomf.jpg

WiseTray.exe is the culprit, as you can see in these two images - one from Task Manager, one from Wise Care itself. (Yes I have a lot of processes running.)

qzqjgo.jpg

34o5v7k.jpg

Then, if I should click on any of the items listed under Hardware Overview, the UI completely locks up and never releases. I eventually have to kill Wise Care via Task Manager. The UI won't respond to anything once it freezes, just stays on "Loading...". See below:

e5k8di.jpg

So far, it looks like I'm the only person who is having such an issue. Must be something about my particular computer. :(  As it is, I'm going to have to stay with v2.99.

@ PWT1000,

1, Wise Boot Assistant and Wise Tray, you can disable them in Settings.

Wise Boot Assistant: Run Bootup Booster when the computer starts.

Wise Tray: Start at Windows Bootup.

2, About Pale Moon, we will add it in wise care 365 v3.

@ eclectricity,

At the begin of running wise care 365 v3, the CPU usage will be a little high, it's truth. But, after one or two seconds, it will become to normal.

Do you install the latest version v3.02.252 ?

If no, please try this one.

@ hase hoppel,

Sorry, I don't understand your meaning.

What is HDD-activity? Can you explain it ?

And how do you know whether it is working?

The new Mem.Optimizer has no settings like the old one, will there be in the next update?

Mem. reaches 90+% and my computer freezes for some seconds, unlike the old one that has a setting for automatic optimizing when mem. gets high.

Temp and RAM available widget disappeared from desktop.

I am running Wise Care 365 Pro on four computers.  Three are W8.1 Updated and one is W7-SP1.

When I initially installed 3.x Beta Pro the Temp and RAM available widget appeared on the desktop of all four computers.

While I was running Wise Care 365 Pro 3.05.256 the widget disappeared from two of my three W8.1 Updated computers.  This happened somtime around when I updated the Intel graphics driver on my W8.1 Updated computers.   The widget remained on the desktop of one of my W8.1 Updated computers on which I also updated the Intel graphics driver The Widget has also remained on the desktop of my W7-SP1 computer which is an older AMD computer.

When I updated to v3.07.258 nothing changed.  I even tried an uninstall of 3.05.256 and followed by an install of 3.07.258 on one of the W8.1 Updated computers where the widget had disappeared.  No change.

All three W8.1 Updated computers are Intel i5 and have the latest Intel graphics drivers installed.

On the two computers where the widget disappeared I have the following settings for my main monitor

1.  Resolution 1680 x 1050 Text = Small

2.  Resolution 1920 x 1080 (Recommended) Text = Medium

On the one W8.1 Updated where the widget remains the display settings are

1.  Resolution 1920 x 1080 (Recommended) Text Small

Note:  No problem with seeing the Jet Search widget on any of the four computers.
