Missing ,dll files on start-up

Just several error messages on start-up. I download one .dll file and another file error message pops up when I restart the computer. Your slow snail window appears, up to 286 seconds, so I thought I\'d try your Wise PC 1st Aid to see if I could fix it. I clicked on the snail picture but it\'s not been able to solve the problem. I would say you should try Wise Care 365 as there is disorder in the register
