I've tried about 10 times so far and keep getting different error codes. This time, the error code is: 80073712. This is the first time I've tried installing this update being connected to the internet via Ethernet. Other times, I was connected over my home WiFi network. Operating system:Windows 8.1 (64 bit) System root: C:\WINDOWS Available physical memory: 6000 MB CPU: Intel® Core i5-3230M CPU @ 2.60GHz Drive Info: C: 394.46 GB D: 25.00 GB Internet Explorer: 11.0 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
