Windows 7 Pro randomly freezes

My PC at random will sometimes freeze. I then can move the cursor around, but clicking on or keyboard shortcuts do nothing. Soemetimes even the mouse cursor freezes.

please provide process manager running of the list.

it maybe caused by extensive use of a process I / O operations blocked the news Schedule and queue. thanks
