Lucy Posted December 9, 2013 Report Share Posted December 9, 2013 analysis this files to know that specific reason. c:\windows\minidump\*.dump Most cases are caused by newly installed hard drive failure, or update a new device driver is not compatible.try to delete the last time before failure to install software or drive.
