april Posted July 31, 2013 Report Share Posted July 31, 2013 About your first question: Start -----input "cmd" You will get a picture like this : Then please follow the steps below. 1.Input "net stop msdtc"behind the cursor-------Press"enter"button 2. Input "msdtc -uninstall" -------Press"enter"button. 3. Input "msdtc -install" -------Press"enter"button. 4. Input "net start msdtc" -------Press"enter"button. Please check that if it turns normal. About your second question: "Start"---- input "regedit" and run it. Find "CabinetState" according to the path below. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\CabinetState Creat a new string “Use Search Asst” -----double-click “Use Search Asst”---input "no" -- click "ok" Thank you for supporting our software.
