Lucy Posted December 6, 2013 Report Share Posted December 6, 2013 1. check the network physical connection is normal or not. 2. win+R on the keyboard and enter CMD.exe, run ipconfig. check IP address is normal or not. If IP normal. please run ping google.com (it can be any website). if can get return value, then this network is connected. 3. run Wise PC 1stAid.
