In der Computerverwaltung wird sie erkannt aber nicht bei der Anzeige der Festplatten- Computerverwaltung Anzeige Operating system:Windows Vista Home Premium (32 bit) Service Pack 2 System root: C:\Windows Available physical memory: 2037 MB CPU: Intel® Core2 CPU T5500 @ 1.66GHz Drive Info: C: 69,78 GB D: 69,51 GB Internet Explorer: 9.0 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Lucy Posted December 4, 2013 Report Share Posted December 4, 2013 1. confirm the External Hard Drive is working or not. 2. change the data cable or computer try it. 3. after connect the external hard drive, restart the computer and press "delete" on the keyboard untill enter the CMOS, then check find this external hard drive or not. 4. if can find, please install like disk genius tools then check it can find your external hard drive or not. 5. if can find your drive, then please send screenshot to us. if can not, then it is your drive`s problem, and you should do step 2.
