Yasemin Posted December 2, 2013 Report Share Posted December 2, 2013 Windows 8 / 64 bit / Dell XPS 8500 Der Explorer stürzt bei der Suche nach ganz normalen Dokumenten in einem externen Laufwerk ab. Immer. Friert ein "keine Rückmeldung" und stürzt ab. Desktop ist für ein paar Sekunden leer und dann wieder da. Die Laufwerke/Massenspeicher sind neu und ok. Die hatte ich zuerst im Verdacht und hab sie ausgewechselt. Nach stunden- und tagelangem Suchen hab ich keine Lösung gefunden. Shell Extensions hab ich alle probiert ... hat nichts gebracht. Registry ist sauber ... Jetzt weiß ich nicht mehr weiter. Try to launch sfc /scannow (from an elevated command prompt) (it takes about 40 minutes) Later, try this (from the same window): dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth Post the results, if they are not ok.
