sound

no sound is coming when starting the windows and also playing media files both audio and video.

 

Their no sound is coming from my pc

 

please help me to fix this

Hi,

1, check all media player  whether you mute speaker.

2, Control Panel----Hardware and Sound----Sound----Playback, select your speaker and set it as default

3, click Sounds tab, select Sound Scheme

4, If all above are right, but it still no sounds,  right click My Computer-----Manage----Device Manager, find out Sound, Video and game controllers, double click you audio device, check whether the Device status is working properly.

    If no, uninstall the driver and install the latest version.

    Then restart your computer.
