Problem when you install the software aspects of this message 1628:failed to complete installation

Hi

A couple of things you can try.
1) Right click on the setup.exe or .msi file and select "Run as Administrator".
2) Run the install in Safe Mode and see if it will complete.
3) Disable your antivirus before installing.

If those don't help, then check the event viewer and see if it will give insight on what is causing the problem.
Open Event Viewer by clicking the Start button 4f6cbd09-148c-4dd8-b1f2-48f232a2fd33.jpg, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Security, clickingAdministrative Tools, and then double-clicking Event Viewer.18abb370-ac1e-4b6b-b663-e028a75bf05b.jpg If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
