when I use your software Wise PC 1stAid about the problem of my pc of being SLOW so i fix this problem after that I restart my pc then I found that my Hp simplepass identity protection was not responding ., what can I do?

solution one,

Start menu ---- type services.msc, open the Services panel, find the Hp simplepass identity protection services, double-click, automatic start, reboot the system
Or, reinstall Hp simplepass identity protection drive
 

solution two,

open the Control Panel --- Programs --- uninstaller found Hp simplepass identity protection, spot repair
