Startup PC in the Bios/setup too warm the parts up on cold mornings

Recommended Posts

I read if your room is cold overnight during the fall/winter season, its easier on the hard drive(on the first startup) on your PC(XP) in the morning to start in the Bios/setup too warm the parts up

Is their any true too this ?

Any other suggests on first start up on cold mornings would be appreciated :)
