我的小工具壞掉了 連防毒軟體的快捷都沒辦法拉到桌面

1. don`t know the name of small tools, then please reinstall that small tools.

2. open the start menue, right-click to shortcut program which you need then click send to your desktop. then u can create a desktop shortcut.
