Internet Explorer won't load

Internet Explorer v11 on Windows 8.1 won't load, or open files.

 

 

 

Operating system:Windows 8.1 Pro (64 bit)

System root: C:\WINDOWS

Hi, sorry for reply too late, 

I think u should try following steps, 

please cannot load, try with AID then, 

I think AID can solve this problem

If not, first have to reinstall IE11, - add/remove programs in control panel - "opening and closing Windows function" - "cancel IE11 tick" - "restart"

Repeat the above steps to open the IE11 check
