First Aid - can't see results

I really appreciate First Aid and it does speed up

my start-up a lot When it's working.

 

I have seen it work and then it just runs and runs.

 

So I wrote in the question from the application and it

showed me my question hadn't been submitted.

 

On the "My Questions" tab I don't have any. Does

that mean I'm not conneting with Wise? I'd really

like to.

 

But I got an email from Wise saying my quesiton had been

submitted to tech support two times.

 

Do I need to add First Aid to my "start-up" and how

do I do that? Services etc.
