  1. I've owned Wise Registry Cleaner Pro for a few years, but I don't think I've had this problem before. When I request an update check, it tells me there is an update available (this is correct). But when I hit the button to start the update, the only thing that happens is that the install directory in C:\Program Files (x86)\ opens in Explorer. That's it!

    If I double-click "LiveUpdate.exe" in that folder, the same thing happens: Nothing.

    How can I update my Pro version successfully?
