  1. In my chrome extensions list I have lots of enterprise policy installed extensions, and most of these are useless ones. Please tell me why is it and what I can do about it?   3. Both of these did not work By the way how this problem started is I once make the symbol menu take up the whole screen (I did the same with Google Chrome case)
  4. When I tried this it did not work. I put the mouse to the bottom right hand corner and it worked for my Chrome browser but not for the symbol menu and dragging it to original size did not work. Please give me any other suggestions

  8. How do I get to those "settings"? control panel? what is it?? Also, when I attempt to end processes associated with 360, I get the message: "the operation could not be completed. access is denied.", as of the image below:

I am trying to speed up my computer by "turning off" some of my services but it gives me the following error message when I turn off the following item: 360SafeTray: "This item cannot be enabled or disabled".   10. I am seeing a program where the name and publisher of the program are not encoded well. What I saw was this: Name: Çý¶¯¾«Áé Publisher: Çý¶¯Ö®¼Ò I am not sure whether or not I should uninstall the program. Please help me to know what the program is and what to do about it.
