    Everytime I open a window even webpage or scroll down the notification " Not Responding" comes out & the window comes transparent. However it will return back. My Laptop slower during start up. Operating system:Windows 7 Home Premium (64 bit) Service Pack 1 System root: C:\windows Available physical memory: 4044 MB CPU: Intel® Pentium® CPU B960 @ 2.20GHz Drive Info: C: 437.12 GB Internet Explorer: 10.0
