  1. Do you means Chrome runs slow down? and sometime it is not responding. Maybe you have added more extensions (plugins) in Chrome. Try to disable or uninstall some useless plugins. The Chrome will run fast than before.

Hi, Windows Preinstallation Environment (Win PE OS) can help you browse local files when you cannot logon system. 1, Burn Win PE in a disc. 2, Startup your PC, set your external optical drive as first bootup device. Generally, press F2 or F9 or F11 can do it. If no, press Del key to run BIOS setting. click Bootup item, select external optical drive as first bootup device. 3, Insert Win PE disc, when you see "Press any key boot from cd", you can run Win PE OS, browse local files and repair Windows system.

Hi, If you use IE browser, follow these steps: 1, Run IE----Tools----Internet options----General, change Home Page to google.com , then click OK to save settings. 2, Find out IE shortcut on desktop or Start Menu or Task Bar, right clcik it, select Properties, if you find out "www.xxxx.com" on Target, delete it. The correct Target is "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" 3, If step 1 and 2 cannot solve your problem. You can reset IE to initial state. Control Panel----Programs----Programs and Features----Turn Windows features on or off, find out Internet Explorer 10, unchecked it, then reboot system, you will find there is no IE on your system, then select it again in Turn Windows features on or off, the IE browser will reset to initial state.

  17. Please install a partition table tool (like Disk Genius), run it to scan your partition table whether it has errors.
