When I try and open a Web page it usually opens in half pageand I have to click onto the enlarge button (TOP RIGHT) How can I get page to open full page. When i visit any web site,it usually opens with a shortened screen. I then have to use the Masximise button to correct. The width is fine but appro only half length veiw is available. Must be a box to tick somewhere ,but where?

Hi Again Still in trouble with adobe flash player,Will not stay installed, When I log off it disappears. I note that adobe has said it is trying to fix this problem ,is there any news yet.? Is there a similar program I can use. Thanks

Hi, please excuse lateness due to severe illness. Still having the same old problem Tried all suggested remedies to no avail. Using Windows 7 IE 10 and Norton (cleared) I uninstall Flash player 11, Install latest version Pop up adobe window informs me FLASH PLAYER ios now installed. After every log out and reboot same old problem again. Any further ideas please. Thank you

Every time I log on,I get a pop up saying to upgrade the Abobe flash player,,I always uninstall,reinstall and than find the next log on ,the same warning. I have tried switching off Norton, Using the install run,and to save ,the program. A pop up always tells me it is now installed but as soon as I lpg on again its the same old message. I use IE10 Windows 7 Pro,and a fairly new PC. Any advice please

Hi, I run a windows 7,IE 8 64 bit PC. Ocassionaly,when I try to \"SHUT DOWN\" it will not do so . The screen says \"SHUTTING DOWN\" but never does.even after several hours wait . I have to close down on power supply. I have run full system Norton, have run Register clean and Disc clean and defrag programs . It has just done this malfuncion again . Any ideas would be welcome. Thank You.
