  1. Hi Xiolee, I went to the Kaspersky website and could not find any decryptor tools. Would you be so kind to share a link? Thanks for your help,
  2. Hi Xilolee, Tried all of the free cleaners provided and it removed the malware yet my files are still encrypted, documents, pictures, films, everything..... Its a rsa-2048 encryption and the people that go by the name of cryptowall are asking for a 500$ ransom to have my files decrypted with their encryption key. Any work around for this or am I screwed? Hoping someone out there has a solution to stick it to these bastards!!!

  5. About 10 minutes or so after login on my computer will receive pop ups with an error message that an application cannot run, or finish installing, and gives me the options to abort, retry or ignore. Regardless of my selection the pop up keeps coming back. Should my computure remain untouched when I return an hour later there are 10 or more of these pops ups open. Furthermore Iall of my programs and files become unresponsive and will not open, just nothing happens after clicking on them to open or launch application. I have run almost allof the first aid test as well as eise registry cleaner,pc check up and system scan as well as super antivirus software and nothing is resolving this issue. HELP!!!!!
