    I used Wise Disk Cleaner, Registry Cleaner, and Wise Care. When I finished, I checked my email and 2 1/2 years of emails was missing. How can I recover this email? I use Optimum and Outlook Express for email.     Even though I have changed the battery, removed the USB piece and reinserted it, the mouse's pointer still moves erratically on the screen.
