1) Recently ran a tool from "1st aid", on Laptop, which was supposed to restore PC to original performance, but cannot find the tool now to use on desk to,whilst 2) Have a Lenovo Laptop, which now comes on with Blue Screen and Error Message. Also, trying to rid of Lenova Start Up and back to Microsofft. Am runnung XP Pro SP 3.
