  1. I tried to translate your issue into English but I (unfortunately) don't fully understand the intent of your post: Maybe someone else can help you. Good luck, UCanFixit
  2. Unfortunately, I just deleted mine so I can't do a compare for you. Anyway, to be sure you have the latest version, go here and download it directly from Wise. Once done, just click the executable, set your options, and see if the tray icon appears (like it did for me). BTW, your interface looks completely different than mine (besides the language difference). I suspect you are/were running an earlier version. Let us know. http://www.wisecleaner.com/download.html
  3. Your options look a bit different than mine so I just downloaded the latest version, clicked the executable and the icon immediately appeared in the system tray (as designed). So, are you saying you have the system tray option marked and it is not working? Also, have you tried the latest version?
  4. Can you provide a screenshot of what it looks like please?
  5. Does this happen when you try to go to any website or just one website in particular? Did it ever work? Were you doing anything right before it stopped working? We need more detail. See my signature for help in effectively posting your issue
  6. Was your internet ever fast? If so, did you do anything right before it slowed down (ie, installed a program, downloaded windows updates, etc)? Also, what level of service do you have and what speeds are you actually getting? You can test your actual speeds here and post the results: http://www.speedtest.net/ Note: You can provide a link to your test results when done. Here's mine: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3285631938
  7. The text in the image (as posted) cannot be read. The image is too small and blurry. If you want help, please provide (eg, type) the text as it appears in the image.
  8. Update: This private message was sent to me by JohnBishop. Apparently, he did a lot of subsequent investingation and solved the issue on his own. Moreoever, he was kind enough to provide the details to help others. Nice job!
  9. What program? Please explain your issue in detail.
  10. You appear to be infected by malware. With that said, I'm hoping only the shortcuts are affected. So, can you try and access AVG from the system tray? If not, can you access and run either AVG or Malwarebytes from the actual program directories where they reside (by clicking the actual executable)? If not, you can try downloading and running the Microsoft Safety Scanner from here and see if you can execute that directly: http://www.microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx
  11. xilolee's suggestion to run sfc /scanow worked for this forum member: http://forum.wisecleaner.com/index.php?showtopic=2951
  12. Here's one more thing to try: Go to this website and enter the URL in question to see if you can access that websire anonymously: http://hideme.be/ It worked for me;
  13. You have other sites that are not working. All of your PCs use the same IP address. You tried both Chrome and Opera (after reinstalling). Is all of the above correct so far? If so, please answer the following questions: Do you use a proxy to access the internet? Are you on a corporate or private network? Are you getting the error message as soon a you try to browse the webpage or after a login attempt at the site in question? Things to try: I know you did a reinstall but make sure your cache and cookies are cleared and try again. FYI, a well designed website is able to differentiate between PCs using the same IP address by using Java code so you could still be blocked via this method. Unfortunately, the language barrier is making it really tough to help. Anyway, please answer my questions and try my suggestions; however, at this point I really think your PC is blocked from accessing that website via a java script that is specifically identifying your PC. I know this can be done because I was an admin (at another forum) and we used that method to identify individuals, that were logging in from different PCs, using the same IP address.
  14. It is quite normal for a PC to slow down over time "if" one does not maintain their PC with due diligence. With that said, here are some general recommendations from Microsoft that might help: http://windows.micro...peed-up-your-pc I would also recommend that you download Wise Care 365 and give that a try as well: http://www.wiseclean...m/download.html Good luck. 15. I think I understand the first part of your post but the last part (in bold) has me really puzzled. Maybe this link will help; otherwise, you'll need to provide additional information. See my signature for help in effectively posting your issue: http://www.thewindowsclub.com/windows-security-center-service-cant-be-started Good luck, UCanFixit
  16. FYI, Perfect Uninstaller has received a lot of bad press and is suspected of delivering malware with its package. Now, with all that bad press and falsely generated reviews on CNET, I would personally avoid it like the plague and look for a more reliable (and safe) uninstaller application. False CNET (positive) reviews: http://download.cnet.com/Perfect-Uninstaller/3000-2096_4-10803305.html#rateit As an alternative, you might want to try the Wise Program Uninstaller here: http://www.wisecleaner.com/download.html Good luck, UCanFixit

  18. Is this a new installation or was it existing and it just stopped working? If existing, any chance there might be malware at play here? Not enough detail. See my signature for help in effectively posting your issue.
  19. That's very strange behavior IMHO. Is this the only site that doesn't work? Is there any chance that your IP address is different than the other PCs on the same network (it is possible). Also, have you tried another browser? Finally, can you give us a screenshot of what your failed browser shows when trying to access this site?
  20. I (personally) do not understand your issue. I only know that it has something to do with the Intel Rapid Storage Technology. Not enough information. See my signature for help in effectively posting your issue.
  21. I'm confused at this point. Do you have a problem or are you posting a solution? Not enough information. See my signature for help in effectively posting your issue.
  22. To avoid redundant suggestions, you might want to detail the things you have tried so we don't get a response of "I tried that already." See my signature for help in effectively posting your issue. BTW, did it ever work? IMHO, there is no guarantee that 2013 would fix your issue at this point because we haven't found the source of your 2007 issue.
  23. Not enough information. See my signature for help in effectively posting your issue.
  24. Your problem description is difficult to understand due to the language barrier and lack of specific detail. Anyway, try resetting IE to default values. BTW, do other browsers work?
