I suggest you mail '[email protected]' with the details of your transaction with Paypal - I then got a reply with a workaround to add my code to Wise 365 pro (I can't give that info here as I suspect it will contravene forum rules) - It may be a good idea to use the email address you bought 365 with as the address you contact support with. Hope this helps Paul Can respectfully I suggest to Wise Cleaner that some info be put in the FAQ's regarding renewal issues or a way to add a code to an already activated Wise 365 without having to contact support or to post on this forum, this may be helpful to other users who renew & wonder why a renewal payment does not appear to have been accepted?
  2. Emailed support & they have no record of transaction so as I paid with Paypal opening a dispute with them for resolution.
  3. I got a reply today from support saying they have no record of the transaction? @RST did you pay with Paypal? I did so opening a dispute with Paypal to get refund. Paul

I had 29 days left of my pro subscription & then got the bright orange renew screen to inform me my subscription was due to expire – So I paid the renewal fee & received a serial key via email (which was the same code as the previous year) As there is no way to add a key to a 365 that's already activated the nag screen still comes up telling me to renew despite the fact I’ve paid & got the email from Wise thanking me. What do I do? While on the subject I am less than pleased that 11 months into my subscription each & every time I start 365 I got the screen prompting me to renew on all three PC’s - While I appreciate this is needed clicking on ‘remind me later’ does nothing as each & every time 365 is started you get the reminder nag screen: This really, really isn't on! A reminder once a week would be OK but not every time for the last 30 days of a paid subscription – All this does it annoy the customer greatly.
