Go to control panel -> all control panel items -> power options -> system settings, click change settings that are currently unavailable, scroll down till shutdown settings, check the state (ticked/selected or unticked/deselected ) of the first checkbox Turn on fast startup (recommended). If it's ticked, try to untick it and vice versa. Hope this helps!

The default download folder should be in C:\Users\YOUR-USERNAME\Downloads You should be able to see your downloaded files, when your BROWSER MSIE 10 (microsoft internet explorer 10.0) is opened, clicking ctrl + j and the download window will appear. Probabilmente puoi risolvere il problema usando adwcleaner (clic) (lo scarichi, ne fai la scansione, lo usi, elimini quello che ti trova). E' consigliata anche una scansione completa con il tuo attuale antivirus, nonchè una ulteriore scansione con malwarebytes antimalware. Facci sapere come è andata. A presto!
