  1. when i boot up my computer, i get a notice to 'check your automatic update setting'. i follow the instructions. the update is turned off. i change setting and turn it on. when i turn off my computer and turn it on again, i get the same notice. this has been happening for about 2 months. how do i keep the automatic update setting to stay on? it was ok before. never had this problem. same computer. i have windows vista. Operating system:Windows Vista Home Basic (32 bit) Service Pack 2 System root: C:\Windows Available physical memory: 3002 MB CPU: Genuine Intel® CPU 585 @ 2.16GHz Drive Info: C: 138.70 GB D: 10.34 GB Internet Explorer: 9.0
  2. Clicked on Firefox. Drop down menu. no choice for 'Add-ons'. In Firefox, I clicked 'Tools'. Drop down menu, clicked 'Add-ons', Clicked 'Shockwave Flash 11.9.900.117 '.............. on right side---> 'Never Activate'. I changed it to 'Always Activate'. Went to youtube and error message is gone.   3. I clicked your eur linkmail, WiseCleaner Community Forum, dated Nov 4. Clicked yo (still have problem with cursor jumpping around, 1st problem I submitted). Clicked your link and on the upper rIight, 'Please log in to reply' Clicked on it and nothing happens. How do I log in? Answers to the 3 questions. 1. I am using Firefox. (some how, IE disappeared from my computer<another problem>). 2. Got on to youtube to play some music. Error message: The Adobe Flash Player is required for video playback. Get the latest Flash Player. Did that. (cursor still jumping around while typing my response, correcting as I typed). I only touched keys. 3. Clicked 'Install Now'. Clicked 'Safe File'. Cliced to R'un'. ...t\install_flashplaye11x32 .........50%. Please close the following programs to continue. Mozilla Firefox. Clicked 'Retry'. installation complete. Clicked 'Finsh'. Went back to youtube. Same error message came up. Two weeks ago, had no problem on youtube.   4. i ran wise pc 1staid 1.33. i click yes on a message to update, today. i right click on the icon to see if it got updated. i clicked properties. there was no update. showed 10-06-2013. that's the date i down loaded the program.
